不锈钢的密度

不锈钢 是一种合金,它没有一个能准确说出的密度。

如果能知道它的各成份的比例,通过计算才能得出结果。

按主要化学组成分为铬不锈钢、铬镍不锈钢和铬锰氮不锈钢等。它们的密度都不相同,即使是同一种材质,才会因各组成部分的不同而不同。


国家标准规定的含量,根据日常的积累,华推算的各不锈钢的近似的密度(g/cm3)分别为:

材料 201, 202, 301, 302, 304, 304L, 305, 321 密度 7.93 7.93 7.93 7.93 7.93 7.93 7.93 7.93

材料 309S 310S 316 316L 347 405 410 420 409 430 434 密度 7.98 7.98 7.98 7.98 7.98 7.75 7.75 7.75 7.70 7.70 7.70

以上是几种比较常用的不锈钢密度,数据也不一定完全准确,只能供参考. 
如果你只是大概地计算,可以按一般钢铁密度,取7.85g/cm3来进行计算,相差不会很大(不过,316的话,材料价格太贵了,粗略预算出入就会很大)。

国标材料,我们可以用相对理论数据来计算重量,计算公式是
重量(kg)=厚度(mm)*宽度(m)*长度(m)*密度值(g/cm3)
